The Learning Phase

The Learning Phase kicks off the relationship: onboarding and fact-finding. Most importantly, this is where we get to know more about you and your business.

Onboarding & fact-finding

From people to technology, we establish effective lines of communication between us: team introductions and responsibilities, portals, online tools and platforms, approval and reporting procedures.
