  • We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By signing up to our newsletter list, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their privacy policy and terms.
  • We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided if you have given us consent to do so.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes if you have given us consent to do so. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise and improve the website or our services according to your interests.
  • We do not share any customer details with any third parties, other than any suppliers or freelancers that may need those details in order to provide the required services on our behalf. We set strict data retention periods, where possible, in the various third party software that we use that may include your personal data, this includes 10 years for accounting records using Sage Business Cloud and 50 months for event tracking data in Google Analytics.
